What We Do

We partner with property owners and managers preparing to build or assessing existing developments.

We recognize the strong demand for affordable housing in the Willamette Valley and work to help clients plan for apartments construction and commercial construction projects.

During the planning process Skyline Builders assesses the zoning allowances and housing density permitted. With conceptual design, code study and site analysis in the project proposal, our client receives a customized plan to meet their needs.

Principal

Marc Gallegos

Marc focuses on investment strategy and acquisitions. In the past decade Marc has funded over 275MM in residential mortgages and manages a multifamily portfolio valued over 60MM. Using his background as a property manager, lender and value ad contractor in the Willamette Valley Marc looks to make an impact in the community through real estate and construction.

Landon Hattan

Landon draws from his background in financial planning and project management in his role of Managing Partner. With a strong focus on multifamily development and construction along with spec & custom projects, Landon has been involved in the execution of over $40MM in new housing construction since 2017.

Senior Project Manager

Sam Mikolasy

Sam uses his background as Senior Project Manager to assist in construction project oversight. Prior to Skyline Builders Sam worked as PE and PM along the west coast totaling over 650MM in project values across his 10 year construction background.

Tim Perdue

With a 30+ year construction career as both a PM and Supervisor Tim uses his background managing private and public projects. From managing multiple prime contracts/ subcontracts and schedules Tim manages our large projects across the Willamette Valley.

From flipping houses to managing a construction company with his wife, Jeremy brings a wide range of skills. With 16 years of experience in new construction and remodel, Jeremy has a deep understanding for the overall construction process.
